Our Nipper programme is incredibly important to the education of young life savers and their safety at the beach. The running of Nipper programs requires a significant amount of planning by the club volunteer JAC team led in 2024/25 by Kim Willett and assisted by Age Managers who are all parents or club cadets (16+) who have completed the SLS training modules for Junior Activities.
This season we’ll need more parents to become Age Managers, or help with kit prep and packaway ,bbq, and social
As with other junior sports clubs we need parents to get involved as if no one helps out each week our Nippers can’t go ahead. If you’re able to be an Age Manager, help with water safety or support in another way drop Kim a line at shslscjac@gmail.com
