Shoalhaven Heads Surf Lifesaving Club is one of nine clubs in the South Coast Branch of NSW. The club is currently celebrating over 50 years of service providing the beach going public with safe patrolled swimming areas on beautiful Seven Mile Beach.
While the focus of the club remains to patrol the beach, other activities include competition, lifesaving training, junior activities (Nippers) and social events. The club is very family orientated and offers something for all ages. Membership information can be found on our membership page.
If you would like to get involved in the club in any way then we’d love to hear from you. We are actively seeking patrolling members of the club but even if you’re not up to getting in the ocean then we have plenty of volunteer roles that need fulfilling and your assistance in these areas would be greatly appreciated.
