Planning for 2022/23

The Club AGM for 2021/22 was held on 24 July and a new board of directors elected to lead the club into the 2022/23 season. They represent every single member of the club across patrol life savers, Nippers and parents, and other supporters, so please reach out to them if you can help the club in any way or have ideas that will help the club grow towards our 60th year of service in 2025/26.

We will now continue the work of the past board and start planning for the start of the season (September 24th across NSW, and Sunday Sept 25th at Shoalhaven Heads).

Existing and past returning patrol members can renew memberships from now by logging into your SLSA members area account at https://members.sls.com.au

A Bronze Medallion course for cadets and adults wanting to join the club to join and support our patrol teams is planned for late October. A Surf Rescue Certificate Course will also be run for senior nippers, cadets and parents helping with Nippers’ water safety

Kim is returning as JAC and is planning for Nippers’ activities to start in early October for the start of term 4. Rego will open in early September so keep an eye out for emails, and on our social media Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as school and local village newsletters and media
